Cycling Terms & Conditions

All bookings are made and accepted subject to the terms and conditions set out below. Each participant must complete the Registration Form and read and agree to the Terms and Conditions in order to participate in our tours.

Sign up and deposit
The client may email, or call our office to reserve his/her space on a given tour. To confirm the reservation, a complete Registration Form with $300 US (per person) deposit must be received within seven (7) days.

The deposit can be paid bank transfer click here for more information. Upon receipt of client's deposit, a confirmation email and final balance invoice will be sent. Please note that no reservation can be confirmed without a deposit.

All payments held by are protected in a trust account until departure as required by the Travel Registrar.

Final payments
Final payment is due 60 days prior to the tour departure date. If registering for a tour less than 60 days prior to tour departure date, payment in full will be due at the time of registration.

Failure to complete payment 30 days prior to departure will be considered notification of cancellation by default and is subject to cancellation charges as outlined.

Cancellations by the client
If the client must cancel participation in a tour, must be notified in writing. All moneys will be refunded in full less the following cancellation charges: 61 days prior or more, US $300; 45-60 days prior, 50% of tour price; 30-44 days prior, 75% of tour price; 0-29 days prior, 100% of tour price. Travel arrangements through are sold as packages, and therefore we regret that there can be no refunds on unused hotel rooms, meals, sightseeing, ground transportation or other services.

Changes by the client
There is a change fee of US $50 for changes to confirmed reservations.

Cancellations by reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to departure. We will inform the client 30 days prior to departure in such a case.

If we are forced to cancel a tour due to inadequate tour participation or conditions beyond our control, our liability is limited solely to the price of the tour. cannot be held responsible for financial losses due to the imposition of a charge by airline carriers on partially or totally non-refundable tickets. It is our sincerest desire to operate all tours offered; consequently cancellations by us are a matter of last resort. Refunds limited to the above conditions apply, which shall release from any further liability.

We will transfer the client's payments to another tour if it is so desired.

Changes by
The tour descriptions, prices and booking conditions are accurate at the time of publication.

However, we reserve the right to change any itinerary at any time when it is deemed advisable for the comfort, well-being or safety of the group members or to comply with governmental restrictions.

Single accommodations
Should the client wish, we will do our best to match him/her up with a roommate for any of our tours. If a roommate cannot be arranged or a single accommodation is requested, the single supplement charge applies. Should overbooking arise, we may be forced to change room configuration and in this unlikely event, the client will be properly compensated.

Purchase of travel insurance, valid in Cuba, is mandatory as per Cuban law. can provide travel insurance to clients through a Cuban insurance company. To join one of our tours, we strongly suggest that the client purchase insurance. If s/he declines insurance, we will require a signed waiver of insurance.

About our groups
Ours tours are offered in cooperation with our suppliers of travel services in Cuba. The groups are an interesting mix of people from all over the world. Many visitors find these trips are opportunities to build friendships with people of different nationalities and cultural backgrounds and often this turns out to be the highlight of their adventures with us.

However, tour leaders have the right to dismiss participants who may be jeopardizing the safety or enjoyment of the tour.

Medical requirements
Good physical and mental health are essential for the enjoyment of these bicycle tours. By forwarding the Registration Form, the client certifies that s/he does not have any physical or other condition or disability that would create a hazard for himself/herself or other participants.

It is essential that any participant with a medical condition requiring regular treatment or which may be affected by rigorous activity, altitude, heat, cold, etc., notify in writing in advance of travel.

The judgment of the local guide shall make the ultimate determination of an individual's fitness to embark upon or continue a tour.

Responsibility gives notice that all travel services provided in connection with its itineraries are rendered by local tour operators and suppliers of travel services. Therefore, it is understood in arranging tours, guides, meals, accommodations and transportation, acts only as an agent in providing services. acts only as the agent for the passenger in regard to travel whether by railroad, motor coach, private car, bicycle, boat, aircraft or any other conveyance, and assumes no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, irregularity or additional costs resulting directly or indirectly from any of the following causes: weather, failure of any means of transportation to comply with schedules, quarantines, strikes, civil disturbances, theft, government regulations or changes in transport or lodging beyond the reasonable control of

The company and its owners cannot be liable for any delay, mishap, inconvenience, expense, irregularity, or damage through the negligence or default of any company or individual engaged in providing these services.

Release and Assumption of Risk
The client is aware that during the bicycle tour that s/he will participate in, under the arrangement of and their associates and agents, certain risks and dangers may apply, including but not limited to the hazards of biking in general.

In consideration of, and as part payment for the right to participate in such bicycle tours and other activities arranged by, the client has read the above and hereby assumes all of the above risks. The client agrees not to hold responsible for actions, causes of action and claims, debts and demands of any kind and nature whatsoever, which have or which may arise in connection with the tour or participation in any services arranged for hime/her by, their agents or associates. The terms hereof shall serve as release and assumption of risk for the client's heirs, administrators and executors for all members of his/her family, including any minor accompanying the client.

In the case that the clien does not purchase travel insurance, s/he assumes full responsibility and frees from any and all responsibility in case of accident, illness or whatever other possible contingency.

The client certifies that s/he has read and understood to all of the Terms and Conditions in the current Registration Form for the tour accompanying this form.
