How to reserve and pay at Cubalinda.com
The procedure to make use of our services and to pay for them is as follows:
Cubalinda.com will receive your request for travel services in Cuba through the reservations system of our website or by e-mail. You will receive an automatic message acknowledging our receipt of your request.
One of our reservations specialists will be in charge of your request and will check for availability of the services with the provider or providers in Cuba. You will receive an e-mail confirming availability and prices of such items as air tickets, hotel accomodation, airport transfer, car rental, tourist packages or other services. If any item is not available as requested we will suggest alternative but similar services.
Once you confirm your satisfaction with the reservation details, we will send you an invoice by e-mail. The invoice will include the payments procedures described below. The prices on the invoice will be in US dollars.

Our invoice will include the following items:

  • Client's full name
  • E-mail address
  • Country of origin
  • For every service requested:
    • Start and end dates of the service
    • Price of the service
    • Additional
  • Service and handling fees:
    • Single payment per invoice of $25.00 US per person
    • An invoice total which includes all services and fees as itemized above.

Payment instructions vary according to your country of residence. Please read the following:

  For US citizens and Residents
If you are a US citizen, or live in the United States, you should know that because of the U.S embargo against Cuba credit cards issued by US banks cannot be accepted here. It is also impossible to make direct bank transfers between the United States and Cuba except by Cuban-Americans to relatives in Cuba through the licensing system of the Department of the Treasury. For that reason, and until we have a secure on-line credit card payments system available, you will have to transfer funds to our bank account in California. The account name, number and other information will be on your invoice. If a statement of "purpose of transfer" is required on your transfer order, DO NOT mention Cuba but only mention "vacation expense" or "travel expense".
Citizens of the rest of the world may make a bank transfer to our account at the Banco Financiero Internacional (BFI) in Havana but never in US dollars. The transfer, in an amount equivalent to the US dollar total of our invoice, can be made in Canadian dollars, Euros or any other freely convertible currency based on the exchange rate of the day of the transfer.
Non-US dollar transfers should be made to the following account:
    Bank: Banco Financiero Internacional
Address: Calle Línea No. 1, El Vedado Ciudad Habana, Cuba.
S.W.I.F.T. Code: BFI CCU HH
Account Name: Beveridge Consultants Limited
Account Number: 015054
After you make your payment, please send the following information to your reservations executive at Cubalinda:
  • Name of the person or company that made the transfer
  • The Cubalinda.com invoice number that we sent you
  • The amount of your transfer
  • The date you ordered the transfer

On your arrival in Cuba, a representative of Cubalinda or Havanatur, our associate agency in Cuba, will be waiting for you at the airport to assist you and be available to you during your visit to the island. You will be able to identify your representative by our welcome sign. Once in Cuba you are welcome to visit our office at the Havana address below.
