Here at Cubalinda.com we are fully aware of the doubts that many internet users have regarding the privacy of their personal information, their credit card information and the security of their payments. For this reason we wish to clarify how we have incorporated the security systems that have become the world standards for protection of electronic commerce.

First we have established a secure server ID, also known as a digital certificate, based on the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. This assures that when you send us your personal sign-in information with your Travel Pack of reservations requests, the personal information is automatically encrypted with a 128-bit key system that is virtually unbreakable by eavesdroppers.

Our server decodes the personal information and integrates it with your Travel Pak. When you have accepted our confirmation of reservations and invoice and proceed to the Submit Payment window, the credit card information that you send is also encrypted. This information passes automatically through our server to our secure payments gateway and bank for collection. We neither see nor retain this information. Each step in the collection process is encrypted, and no possibility exists for interception of your information and abuse by a third party.

Regarding the privacy of your personal information, email address and Travel Pak information, we will retain this information in our permanent database unless you instruct us to the contrary.

The reason is to enable us to provide you a superior service in future opportunities by having this information in our records. Anytime you return to Cubalinda.com and enter your user name and password, you will go immediately to your last Travel Pak that you can review at your leisure. From time to time we may inform you by email of an offer that we believe will interest you. However, as with retention of your personal information in our records, you may inform us that you do not wish to receive these notices, and we will fully comply. Finally, we wish to assure you that we do not sell or otherwise distribute the personal information of our clients. We consider it privileged and confidential, and it will not be made available to any third parties.
