an excellent opportunity to enjoy aquatic sports. These marinas offer activities
such as scuba diving, fishing, yachting, cruising and recreational beach sports.
International regattas, tournaments and events are also held at these marinas.
Cuban marinas have a serious commitment to environmental preservation. Their
programs are designed to promote a careful and sensitive exchange between nature
and people. Submerged caves and caverns with entrances decorated by shipwrecks
and coralline walls call attention to the great beauty and preservation of the
Cuban seabed.
The marinas of Gaviota, Puerto Sol and Cubanacán Náutica offer
accommodation, food services, ground transportation, port reception, supplies,
recreation, artistic shows, shops, aquatic activities and nature parks. They
also provide access to towns, countryside and other hotels and restaurants.
