L' Aiglon Restaurant: The perfect choice for exquisite Cuban and international food in an upscale but accessible restaurant. Conservation of original decor, including silverware, furniture, candelabras, and beautiful ceiling lamps, all straight from the 50's gives it the aura of the period. The filet mignon is terrific, served with bread slices bathed in special sauce. Also divine are the lobster platter or Santiago shrimp, unique to this eating place.

Roof Garden: Elegant a la carte restaurant on the 9th floor, known for its decor and incredible view. It is an exceptional treat to find oneself in this establishment for a late afternoon sunset, when the city's lights first start to shine and Havana begins to glow in all its splendor. With of the lights of Havana Bay as a backdrop, one can enjoy a wonderful dinner and perhaps even a song and dance.

El Aljibe: A very agreeable and popular spot for Cuban food prepared as if it were straight from mom's pot. They have an all-you-can-eat roast chicken special with black beans and rice for $12 US, drinks not included.

Vuelta Abajo Restaurant: The name of an important tobacco zone, traditional Cuban food with an interesting twist: it's mainly based on fruit! One of the most popular dishes is the Pescado al Trapiche Colonial (Colonial Sugar Mill Fish), made with ginger and molasses. Also delicious is the Rollos de Cerdo en Salsa de Mango (Pork Roll with Mango Sauce), beautifully presented and so good you'll leave the plate spotless.

La Floridana Restaurant: This luxurious establishment can accommodate 60 diners and is one of the hotel's jewels. Its foyer has a cafeteria, and is a fine spot to have drinks before dinner or lunch. It mainly offers traditional Cuban cuisine, but it's international fare will impress even the most exacting clientele. The Pollo Florida (Florida Chicken) is a house special, a delicious slab of boned chicken filled with shrimp and béchamel, bathed in seafood sauce and batter-fried shrimp.
